Online residence permit renewal: we handle it for you
Which permit are you renewing?
- Domestic work
- Employment
- Companies of foreign interests
- Family reunification
- Long-term residents
From 1 January 2027, renewals in these five categories can only be made online on gov.cy. We handle the whole process as your authorised representative and keep you updated at every step.
- One fixed fee, the same for every category. Answer 4 short questions and get your price straight away.
- You never share passwords. You authorise us from your own CY Login account with one click.

Can't be done online? We handle it the usual way
First permits, a change of employer or company, renewals outside the window, family members of Cypriot or EU citizens, and categories outside these five (visitors, students, Digital Nomad, Blue Card). Contact us and we'll tell you the procedure.
CY Login
To authorise us, the employee and the employer (or just the applicant, for long-term residents) each need a verified CY Login account. You set it up once and it works for every future renewal and every other government service.
Don't have one? We'll set it up together
We can guide you by phone, or you can come to our office and we'll do it together in 15 minutes. Verification is done online through your bank's e-banking, or with one visit to a Citizen Service Centre (KEP).
